Agreements vs. Understandings

We don't always have to agree with what is going on, but we do have to get to a place of understand, we can have both, we can have one but it is important that we have at least one of them. When we are working with a group of people we aren't always going to agree but we have to work to understand where we are all coming from. 

That's what these position descriptions are, they are forms of understanding, what are the expectations, the minimum requirements, the things we all understand that each of us are going to do. It is sometimes about you, sometimes about me, but always about us.
