- Practice at a rate equal to or higher than that will occur in the game
- Understand it's a process to improve.
- Must eliminate workout killers, the two major ones are:
- Fatigue
- Boredom
- Have a written workout plan.
- 5 areas to work on everyday:
- Conditioning
- Weak hand
- Footwork and balance
- Playing through some sort of contact
- Shooting
- The Theory of 2: it takes 2 minutes to be shown a skill, it takes two weeks to get comfortable with it, and it takes 2 months of working on it to use it effectively in a game.
