Another great tournament hosted by Basketball New Brunswick and BNS was happy to be represented strongly once again. This is mark the end of another successful summer for some of our teams and we are so thankful to all the coaches, athletes, and parents who gave so much of their time and energy to this great game and our province here in Nova Scotia.

On another note, our 14u girls team spent the weekend down in Waterville, ME competing in the Main Gold Rush Team Camp and had a very successful weekend. The two teams are coached by Tasia McKenna and Jasmine Parent respectively, each had their own individual success by winning the Midnight Madness Championship and the overall Camp Championship. Congratulations to both coaches and their athletes for a successful week and summer.

Five of our teams will be boarding a plane on Thursday to represent Nova Scotia at the annual National Tournament hosted this year by Basketball Alberta in Edmonton. Please check back here for updates and stories as the tournament unfolds.
