Training Days - Experience

Building a culture and developing a program, what difference experience makes. Our veteran guys have a presence that is undeniable and has lead to a productive start to the season. Let alone their own understanding of life as a student athlete and member of the Axemen basketball program, the true benefit is their tutelage of the first year players. Their ability to share the knowledge they have gained and pass it along to our incoming players has been a major benefit the first part of the season. The competitive level of these young men has been astounding and will continue to grow as the system becomes more clear and conditioning gets to the level it needs to.
