I have always had the desire/wish to be a person who kept a journal...mainly because of the role models and successful people whose lives have shaped me and their dedication to journal writing.
I was constantly starting and stopping and trying to find ways that worked for me in this regard. I have never been able to consistently keep a journal... until now. Until the 5 minute journal found its way into my life. It is exactly like it sounds, it takes 5 minutes per day, 2-3 minutes in the morning and 2-3 minutes at night and I am able to, with prompting questions from the journal, tap into daily gratitude, affirmations, successes and failures which ultimately lead to evaluated my experiences.
With the extra push from the EDUC 5843 I am now going to take my journal process to a new level over the next 10-15 days on this public site.
