Gatesy

It was a nice Fall day and I was going through my morning routine, breakfast, coffee, reading, lumosity. Then finally once the slight buzz of the caffeine starts to pulse through my body I jump into my emails.. Everything seems pretty normal, a few junk mail reminders and the topics of the day, Seth's blog, etc. Then there is one from twitter, indicating that I have been mentioned in a tweet. My good friend Geoff Gates sent out a tweet with read, "When do we get to see some fresh content from the Duffie Dome??" At first I thought, wow, call out.

Then it got me thinking and I was grateful for this tweet from Geoff. It stirred a feeling of accountability and that's what we need in our lives, good people who are going to hold us accountable to things that we do well and don't do well. So thank you Gatesy, for the shout out, call out and keeping me accountable.

Now I have to go set my fantasy lineup so I can take the same Geoff Gates to the streets this week!
