- Read: everything we need to know has been written in a book. Read for inspiration
- Exercise: 20 mins per day, 2.5 hours per week, 119 hours or 5 days a year.
- Eat well: eat food, not very much, mostly vegetables
- Plan: discipline is freedom. finishing your day before your start it, finish your week, month and year before you start it.
- Invest: in yourself. Your money 70-10-10-10 rule (philosophy of the rich is save your money, spend what's left.
- Write it down: don't trust your memory. Evaluated experiences are the only experiences worth having.
