Meditation

I have started to dig into meditation a little more seriously in the past couple of weeks and I think its a winner.

I have heard so many times about how great meditation is for general happiness, productivity, success and the list goes on and on.

The app I am using right now is Waking Up by Sam Harris. I like how Sam does a lot of explanation and also has segments that are called 'lessons' to bring in further context to the importance of mindfulness and meditation. 

I'm also looking into a 10-day silent retreat, to get to the next level and take a deep dive into meditation. This is based on a recommendation from an old college roommate who was visiting Wolfville for a night and said it was one of the best things he has ever done.
